Outlook error after downloading OXM connector - can't get into outlook

I downloaded the Outlook connector from the new email platform, as using the exchange setup seemed good. But not, I can't get into outlook at all! When I open outlook, a pop-up box opens asking me for:


and conflict resolution information.

The USM URL is filled in with:

I enter my email address and password and then get this error:

Client "USM-JSON" is not activated....

HELP - I need back into outlook!
