Need Confirmation regarding my stores status

Ok I'm Confused, I received help during the transition from a rep and was advised all was set up and good to go. Had to call for assist again and was advised at that time my new store was up and running, now I get an email stating "URGENT NOTICE: Set up your new Homestead store!" I need to have someone review my store and advise me if my store is active or not please.
