I tried sending from the online roundcube portal and it was also kicked back, so it isn't my Outlook.
Hello, Oftentimes, these issues will resolve themselves, as we constantly rotate IP addresses, to avoid blocking like this. Are you still experiencing this issue after 24 hours?
@elyzabethv Sorry, I lied, it still isn't working for comcast emails.
I'm sorry, I don't see anything on our end that would cause an extended issue like this. Are you getting any sort of bounceback? If so, can you please copy and paste it here, so I can look into this issue?
