I keep receiving an email indicating my domain name must be renewed through "Domain Service." Is this a scam?

I keep receiving an email from "Domain Service" (email address:<info@shaxiaking.top>) indicating my domain name must be renewed by the end of the month. I thought it is renewed through Homestead. Is this email a scam?
