Homestead Dashboard Not Loading / Having Trouble Loading

Recently, when logging into my account, the load seems to get stuck on the "Login/PlugInTest.ffhtml?N=3" screen.  The circle just keeps spinning like it's loading but it never actually loads.  Occasionally if I refresh a time or two it finally loads... anybody else experiencing this?
