Home (index) page will not come up in Sitebuilder. I just get a blank blue area. All the other pages come up fine, where I can edit them.

It looks like the content on your Index page is no longer in the builder (it's been saved over with just the blue background). Luckily, it looks like you have a page called index1 that looks the same as your current published Index page. You should be able to rename that page "Index" to overwrite that blue page in the builder.
