GREAT Tech Support!

I'm a professional designer and my firm typically does websites "from scratch." A friend asked if I would help redesign her site (as a "labor of love") - using Homestead, which has been her host for several years. The UI is easy and intuitive; I found that I could come up with simple workarounds to achieve almost anything what I wanted using the Blank template and designing with the built-in typography tools; and best of all, the Technical Service is exemplary! I've talked with about 5 different people there over the past couple of weeks and all were great: they understood my questions and were able to answer them quickly and clearly. I REALLY appreciated it - especially compared to other tech support organizations I've had to contact elsewhere, which by and large are horrible! Thank you, Homestead!
