Have you been able to contact someone within support yet? I have tried all day! The only way I see to contact them is via phone and several hours later no luck. I am having the same issue as you. Thought it was within my settings but a friend looked at everything and says it is definitely on their side with protocols looking at incorrect spf.

Can you go ahead and try once more? I have updated the TXT SPF record for your domain which should allow it to begin working properly.
