Galaxy note 3 email.

I have a Samsung Galaxy note 3 and am having trouble syncing to my email. I followed the instructions you all gave for the IMAP settings but here is what is happening:

1. I sometimes get my emails but not reliably. If I haven't gotten them for a day, I remove the email account and then reload it with the instructions you gave. That works for about a day and then the same problem happens where I don't get any emails. It says it updates, but no emails come to my inbox.

2. I've never been able to send email from my phone.

I really need to be able to send and received email from my phone. Thanks.
