Error updating Credit Card

Keep receiving emails that I need to update my CC information.  I have done that several times over the past 2 weeks and receive emails that it has been successful.  Keeps telling me that I am past due on my account for billing.  Are they still having issues?

Hello, 

Our system was unable to bill. We have looked into our billing system and found no issues. Please contact your bank to see why the charge was declined.
