Emails not forwarding to MS Outlook

As of this morning, my emails are not being forwarded to my Microsoft Outlook folder. I can still send messages through MS Outlook though. Here is the Error message I am receiving:

Task 'cathy@cathyginter.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Please advise. I also wish you would be more upfront and current with your System Status Blog!
