Hi there, Are you deleting these out of Roundcube directly? I'm still showing that you're at 80% capacity. Most of this is coming from your Sent folder.
@elyzabethv I deleted a ton of emails from the inbox and no change. This happened last time too, and someone there did something to update it and then the % went down. Today the % started at the 81% and it is still 81% after deleting 1000's from the in box.
Ok, I'll get a ticket submitted for someone to check that. Thank you for letting me know.
