E-Mail forwarding option doesn't work for one of my accounts.

Hi,

I have two email addresses through homestead. One is the standard "info" email address while the other one is my personal "name & surname" address.
I have set up forwarding from my info email address to my gmail account and this works fine.
Now, I have also set up forwarding from my personal email and for some reason these emails are not being forwarded to my gmail account.

I have followed the same procedure for both email addresses, by going into "advanced options" and entering the email in the forwarding section.

I was hoping that you could explain why the forwarding from my second email doesn't work. I have deleted and re-entered this number of times, still no luck.
