Domain change to big commerce timeline

I had called customer service for a couple of issues that had to be referred to a "specialist". Since the CSR could not help with those issues, he could help with the domain change. He said it would take 20 minutes or so and he would do it. It's been 1.5 hours and i've not yet been able to log on to the new site under big commerce. Has he left me hanging or what?
