Hello, Are you talking about your email client, like Outlook or Thunderbird? Can you try to re-enter the correct settings?:Email Client Settings | Homestead Community
yes, my browser is Outlook 2017. All my settings match what you suggested in the last email. any other solutions?
Please make sure you're using Port 465, not 587. If it is still giving you this error, the only thing I could suggest would be to remove the email from your Outlook and re-add it. Just make sure to save any emails you need first.
