I received an email that my credit card number needed to be updated and I corrected it - that was on 11 Jul.  The email stated "Once you update your billing information and we receive payment (our billing system runs at 12:00AM PST) your account will be current and any suspended services will be reactivated."  Today is the 15th and it still shows as unpaid.  That's more than one time past 12:00AM PST - should I do something else?  Thanks for any help.

If you're able to call 1-800-710-1998, we can check whether our system attempted billing, and if it did, the reason is didn't go through.
