Billing Change and Domain Name question

I recently updated our credit card, but your form did not allow me to enter all of the text for the name on the front of the card.

I also was sent an email about renewal of our domain name ownership.  I need help on this. Do you guys talk to your customers on the phone anymore? I would prefer to do that. My number is 703-508-2105
