404 error when clicking on design for website

I just set up to create a website with the new Sitebuilder. When I choose a design, I get a 404 error. ?

Hey there! I have been getting the same thing. So on a whim, I tried opening it in the Microsoft web browser and IT WORKED!! I hope this helps:)
