Why can't I cancel my account online as per your instructions?
After many years of being with Homestead, we no longer require the basic web-site. Your help site repeatedly insists that to cancel an account you can do it online, but every time I try to do so, I am told to phone support . I like in the UK and am reluctant to phone the US to cancel a simple account. You have no customer contact email or online chat - very disappointing for such a well established company.
