Unable to find contact info for billing issue

I needed to update my debit card info.  Due to a glitch in my bank (VERY rural, small bank) I am having problems getting the money from my main bank into this bank to make this payment. It says 3 to 5 days to "fix" this issue.  I want to inform someone at Homestead that while I have updated my info, it will be a couple days till the payment can go through.
It seems really strange to me that a business like this has no way to contact them directly?????

Hi there. 

Thank you for letting us know. The account will be in the past due status and will attempt to rebill every week for about a month.
