We will be launching a new chat support program tomorrow morning. We do not expect any trouble with the change over. If you have a problem accessing chat on Thursday November 19th, 2015, please make sure to clear your browser history and try again.

If you continue to be unable to connect to chat, please feel free to post your questions here in the community. If there is a problem in the change causing an inability to connect, then phone volume is likely to be very high, and you will likely get quicker answers here.
