Issues with homestead...Site registration. No live chat anymore...Losing Clients left and right...$62.99 ones...

I really miss the chat support and I have hundreds of disappointed customers who can't have real questions answered as fast because I am busy digging through threads and I have had several clients transfer to other host, web masters, designers etc depending on the service I give them. Any chance to have access to the tough questions especially on the technical end? Also when I buy and register the domain not once has it been 24 hours and I always have to check or send in an email to find out why...other than these issues I love this place and try to work through any issues without complaining. The site is for a current client hasn't been registered and or access the emails until it does...Also I did some of the SEO work on another site and now he can't get access to the new site builder but paid the 62.99 and now reduced his account back down to the cheap seats...You guys are killing me here smalls lol...Again if anyone has answers I am more than happy to listen and respond.
