Hello. I am just curious why my account is suddenly $25 more expensive than it has been in the past three years.

To my knowledge I added no services to warrant an increase in price. Since there is no way to contact customer service on Homestead, it looks like I have to post here and hope the question finds its way to the billing department.
(That is a major red flag in most industries, by the way)
