Hello,

I want to cancel my account, but the 'cancel all services' link leads to a message telling me to call a 1800 number. I'm outside the US so can't use the 1800 number (not a very global business to have a number only relevant in one country!) I thought I had cancelled the auto renewal but the summary is still showing renewal next month. Can someone tell me how to cancel the account please?
