Cannot reach Homestead billing
I have a billing issue, BUT....Homestead's number listed in my email renewal notice yesterday for renewal questions is 1-800-710-1998. When you press 2, an automated message says you are being placed on hold and would you like to complete a survey at the end of the phone call, then you are put on hold, no music, no additional messages, just "static" FOREVER. No one comes on line. When you type in the webpage they list for renewal issues, you get an error message stating no such page exists. I have tried multiple times and rechecked everything and still get the same result, which is to say NOTHING..Please contact me as soon as possible.
