Billing Maintenance

Between 12/16/2018 and 01/04/2019, our security team was conducting updates to our billing system in order to meet compliance policies, and overall promote a more secure user-experience. These types of updates are a normal part of maintaining any system or software.

During this time, our system was not able to save any billing information. 
If you updated your billing information any time during this scheduled maintenance, you'll want to re-update the billing information on file to prevent disruption of services. To do this, go to your billing & payment screen, and update your Credit Card.
