Account Refresh - Domains still showing on list and billing

You sent me an email to confirm that my domain transfer request to another provider has been completed on the 14th of August, its now more than 10 days later and it's still showing on my domain list and I'm still being charged for it. Domain name

I also had an email from you on the 20th to say my other domain transfer (away) has been completed ( and this is also still showing on my homestead account and on my billing.

Please can you refresh my account ASAP and amend my billing and credit accordingly.
