06/29/2018: Reports of customers not being able to load email with RoundCube

3:00 PM MST: All issues have been resolved.

1:45 PM MST: It appears that the issue is resolving, and more and more are able to connect into email.Again, thank you for your patience and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

11:30 AM MST: We have received reports of customers not being able to load into RoundCube to check email. This may be related to an outage with Comcast. Development is aware of the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Note: It is important to know that emails are still delivering.
