How do I stop the link between the 2 sites domain/websites

I have a website/domain named KenyaGiveHope.com. I have another one name CarrieReichartz.com. Somehow they are linked. I wanted them seperated. I want CarrieReichartz with the site I already have. I want to make KenyaGiveHope.com today fresh. How do I stop the link between the 2 sites.
