Error Message during preview. Server issue. Is there a problem today?

Trying to publish changes to a page. After "save", I try to preview and get an error message stating that preview failed due to server or network issue. Tried tech support but was hung up on twice this morning. File manager shows !Update but nothing is occurring. Is there a problem with the server or network?
